Tally weijl had for a long time used to give customers 10 € in cash if they bought for more than 100 €. So instead of giving 10 € in cash, we produced gifts that had a greater value for the customer, but cost only 3 € to produce. In addition, we found out that customers were involved in recruiting new customers, because their friends also wanted the gift
